One of these maybe...

Perfection
Perect
Perfectionism
Perfectionist

The wikipedia article for perfectionism says...

Perfectionists can suffer anxiety and low self-esteem. Perfectionism is a risk factor for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, and clinical depression.

Someone suffering from OCD may have to have perfection, such as a perfectly clean kitchen. One speck of dirt makes it imperfect and they have to clean the whole thing again.
