I feel ya. I am so scared that I will have another miscarriage. When I had my first miscarriage the first sign was blood. Them the cramps and passing the baby. I was the worst day of my life and I still haven't gotten over it. That was back in march of 2003. I am now almost 9 weeks with my third and I saw a heartbeat today, and feel really good about that, but have that small fear that it will happen again. I don't know if you pray or not, but every time I go to bed I pray that God will keep my babies heart beating and keep him or her in there until they can live in the outside world. That helps me sleep at night. I wish you all the best and hope you never go through something like that. Congrats and good luck!

When I miscarried, it started with just like menstrual cramps and light pink spotting that lasted about 2 days. After that, bright red blood and clots started coming out. And the really painfull cramps as I was passing the clots. The whole thing lasted about 6 or 7 days. When I miscarried, I was 6 weeks pregnant.

If you miscarry you'll know. Lots of bleeding, not necessarily cramping but definately bleeding and clotting.
Unless it's a missed miscarriage, in that case the baby dies but isn't physically lost for a while.

it's called a missed miscarriage. blighted ovum... definitely can happen. sometimes your body will just go on thinking it's pregnant even after the baby has passed on... and you don't know anything is wrong until it's confirmed by a doctor. unfortunately i know first hand...good luck though, after seeing the baby's heartbeat the chance of miscarriage drops a great deal!

i didn't know my baby had died until i gave birth to him at 18 weeks along, i had no bleeding, no cramping, nothing until i started having contractions.
A miscarriage can be different for every woman out there, it is never a constant.
