f(x) = sqrt(x)

Just put any value of x

x = 1
f(1) = sqrt(1) = 1

x = 4
f(4) = sqrt(4) = 2

x = 6
f(6) = sqrt(6) = 2.45

Not sure what you mean by values but the domain is x>=0 and the range is y>=0.

Just plug in numbers for x. For example:
f(0)=√0
f(0)=0
(0,0)

f(1)=√1
f(1)=1
(1,1)

What kind of values are you looking for?
You can replace x with any non-negative number.
y is also non-negative.
