Have you a spare key ? if so is it central locking ? if it is then you should find a hidden keyhole on the passenger door covered by a litte tab you just pull out. Whoever said smash the smallest window is and idiot! The smallest window on a car typically costs more than a windshield to replace. Call a lock-out company and they'll prolly charge you 40 to 60 to jimmy your lock open.

trust me this works....
go to the newsagents and ask them for some of the blue packaging tape from the papers(blue,white,black)
put a rag round a screwdriver and place it between the roof and the top of the door.use a little force(dont dent the car) you will see a gap between the rubbers
bend the tape in 2 and slide it down towards the button moving it in and out frequently
get in line with the button and locate it round the button and put tension on the tape and pull up
keep trying it and it will work!!!

you can get an emergency car break in kit from most car accessory stores, all you do is stick the bar thing in through the window or wherever you can get it in and unlock the door with the hook at the end of it to open the door... hope that helps
