Riley is one of my all-time favoite boy's names. It's strong, warm, and spunky all at the same time. Some girls are being given this name too, but don't let that deter you. Riley is all Boy.
I wouldn't pair it with Jessie because it sounds rhymey since they both end with an -ee sound. Also, Riley and Jessie are both "technically" considered unisex, so you want a definitively masculine name in the middle. 3rdly, I would use a middle that is timeless, since Riley is modern (but thats just me). I like both the first and middle names that you have chosen, but I know both boys and girls with the names Riley and Jessie. You may want to pick a more feminine or masculine middle name if you want to keep people from guessing. Like Riley Jane, or Riley James. Best of luck to you in finding a name that you love!!

I'm really not crazy about the name Riley at all. Is this for a boy or girl? Both Riley and Jessie are unisex names.
I'd go with a more gender specific middle name to go with a unisex first name.
Riley Jessalyn or Elizabeth for a girl
Riley William or James for a boy
