Peace. Quietness. And total freedom. Just an all over really good feeling.

There is nothing that I would stay up late for! Cause total darkness is the best time of all.

I think about a higher power, and how I can reach them. To get help from them.

Lately, I have wondered if I am deserving! Which for me is a strange thought and I don't know where it is coming from! Cause' I am very spirtual, just not of the Christian faith in particularly. But sometimes I am drawn to think that way too, and just pray to God.

I "take no thought of the morrow", as the old King James Bible says, cause as they know in Zen, that tends to get the mind overworking. Bed is not a board room! Or a panal meeting.

I just cozy in and think of all hearts and flowery kind of things, too.

And I love to know my cat is close by! He doesn't always sleep near me, but when he chooses too, I am Blessed!

I tend to think about events of the day. Sometimes I try to think of a solution to a problem, and when I wake up in the morning, I may have an answer to the problem.

An interesting thing that sometimes happens as I am drifting off to sleep is that I start to have nonsensical or absurd thoughts, and I realize the logical mind is shutting down and the subconsious mind is taking over.

What time do I have to wake up tomorrow? What am I going to eat for lunch? What's going to happen tomorrow? (if something like a party is going to come, then I worry about all the mistakes and accidents I culd get into) Will I meet my ideal person tomorrow? Will Jennifer (my bff) be at skool tomm? Am I forgetting something... I feel like I'm forgetting something... And then random thoughts like, "where do people go after they die?" "Why do we even bother to go to skool when we dunt use half the knowledge that we gain". I can stay still for 2 hours in my bed, just thinking. lol

I tend to first go through the events of the day. Many times the answer to a problem will pop into my mind since I am not overly busy with things of the day it will come to me. Dreams of what I want to do with my life or what to do in my next project--right now it is what do I really want to paint or draw? Sometimes I worry aobut what is going on in the children's lives and what they are going through.

First I do a lot of thinking. This doesn't help much as I have trouble sleeping so I usually make up a story in my head, it turns out like a movie sort of thing really. I read somewhere that imagining action-like stories/movies in your head (with yourself in them) is a good way to go to sleep. In my opinion it works, and before I know it - I'm so tired I'm asleep.

Probably worries that I have. If you are laying in bed, you have nothing to do and nothing to keep your mind off topics that stress you. Your mind will probably wander off to things you are worried about and you will have a hard time sleeping.

I often think of the good things that happend that day or in pervious days/months.
Whatever I do think,I try to keep it postive.
This way it calms me and helps me fall asleep faster.

My day's earnings, what I will do the next day, my loved ones, how well I was doing my tasks today, pretty much life with some odd experiences.
