If he wants to visit her, he can pay for it.

If her can't find you as an unfit mother, there won't be much he can do. You have to travel for work, and you are taking care of your daughter in the process. Usually courts won't tell you that you can't go somewhere if it has to do with your livelyhood. Plus if he makes his own living well with his photos then why would a judge make you pay for it. You need to talk to your lawyer and see what they suggest before he files something. let them know what your dealing with. But I wouldn't worry to much as long as your a wonderful mom, which I'm sure you are. It's good he wants to see her, but most judges make the father pay for travel expenses or at min Half of the travel expenses. Good luck in it all!!!

Custody will always remain with the mother(unless negligence is proven). He cannot visit at your expence because it is his responsibility. You need to see a lawyer, and make sure he is paying for the upkeep of his daughter.

Good luck

You need to ask your divorce attorney this question, as he can file the proper paperwork to show he has abandoned the child up until now and wants to use her as a pawn to keep your "marriage" intact.

You need to go to court and have something in writing. Otherwise there are no guarantees.
