No he never left the States to perform. His manager, 'the Colonel' was an illegal immigrant to the States and would have not been let back in if he and Elvis had travelled to the UK or any other foreign country.
Other than that he was in Germany and I believe Scotland too.

I heard rumours that his manager was an illegal immigrant to Britain and never had a passport and so he could never go to Britain for tours etc for fear of being caught. Not sure if its true but thats what i've heard

I don't think he ever performed here but I seem to remember that he stopped off on his way to Germany whilst he was doing his military service
