K now this story is long, but I have this Douch bag couple upstiars who have been making mine and my roomates life a living hell. They make horrible noises at 10 or 11 cause they can see out light off, and they have tried to get us kicked out a few times. Until she realized that I was in Real Estate, and I knew my rights. K now I know I could take it up with my lanlord but I really do not want to. I want to know How can I get back at them WHAT CAN i DO THAT WILL TOTALLY **** THEM OFF, BUT NOT GET ME KICKED OUT. THEY ARE MAKING MY LIFE HELL. They live on top of me so let me know! Lets also keep in mind all this has started since I moved in I DO NOT PARTY, DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE OVER. Basically it is because we are younger and she is threatened. She also stares out the window at us and some other very creepy **** what can we do? THEY ARE THE WORST NEIGHBORS EVER!!!!!!!!!! Tell me what you would do.

Move. I firmly believe in what goes around comes around and she will get hers. If you try to retalliate, you will get yours too. It is just best to ignore her or if you can't do that, then go through the proper channels. People like that seem to be able to get you in trouble when you do something wrong when you are simply retalliating to their actions. Don't stoop to their level. You will hate yourself for it later. You may be younger, but try being more mature.

I know you don't want to call the land lord, but that might be the best thing to do. Don't you think getting them kicked out is revenge enough? Since they seem to be the partying type, ticking them off with loud noise mught not do anything to them, but may cause other neighbors to get mad!Oh and by the way next time she stares at you stare back and make weird faces. I have a feeling she wont stare back!

Cook really bad smelling food and leave your windows open. Or play your favorite song...over and over and over and over. Or just make random sex noises loudly throughout the day. Get creative! Good luck!

wow u have bad neighbors u should move or turn the msuic up real loud or like at 12 put this radio that is on right outside thier door

I would egg her car and leave baloney on it so when she pills it off in the morning her paint would come off with it. But if you do this make sure that you are not seen doing it and have a air tight alibi around the time you do it.

well, since you are in real estate, you could try and offer them a better place to be. this can not only solve your problem, but it can also make you a few bucks richer.

get a pumpkin and stick a big knife in it and leave it on her doorstep with a sign on it saying 'your next'. and hide some salmon as close as possible or better still inside her apartment. let it rot. and for her car spread Vaseline on her windscreen it'll destroy her glass and stick glue and sand to her wipers
