i dont think so but i have heard of putting some clear nailpolish on teh cut and its supposed to stick together.. im not sure if it works... you cant sew it .

No way to repair the hole but you can put clear finger nail polish around the hole so the run does not expand.

Buy a new pair.
If it's a really small un-noticeable hole and you don't have time to get a new pair, spray the hole with hair spray or apply clear nail polish to it to prevent it from getting bigger. It's really the only thing you can do.

You can stop it from running with nail polish, but you can't repair the hole. You'll need to buy new ones.

put clear nail polish on it, but make sure to put it all the way around the hole otherwise the hole will rip bigger
