If they're getting all the attention, you can simply cover them up. Maybe you're feeling outnumbered, kind of a 'two against one' problem. That's a tough one...

Wait...I don't quite understand your question. Are you envious of your small breasts? (Do you wish to be them or something?) Or do you mean, are you ashamed of your small breasts?
If you mean the latter, then, no. Be proud of them, because you'll be known and judged as a whole person, and not just judged by the size of your breasts.

Be happy you have boobs, just think if you didn't you would be getting screwed all the time by women like the rest of us men. ;o) ( outrageous child support, alimony, lose your family, home and anything else you might want to keep for yourself lol )
