i'm a sophomore and i feel like i've totally wasted my first year and a half of high school. it wasn't terrible but nothing happened that was exceptionally exciting or memorable. so i'd really like to know how to make the most out of my remaining years, i know they'll slip by fast. i just want to have more fun, get involved, accomplish something, make an impact, you know? so i'd l appreciate any suggestions or advice you could offer onthings you wish you had done in high school or did do in high school and loved..... pranks, activities, things your friends did, school plays, sports, student government, risks you took, odd groups you were active in, your interests, any random events or crazy ideas.... whatever made your high school experience special. thanks.

All those things will be very memorable later in life. Also make as many friends as you can, even if others hate (or pick on) the person you are trying to become friends with. Later in life you will be glad you did.

Get involved in school activities! After attending two other schools because of family moves, I moved to the high school I graduated from during Sophomore year. I got involved in the Drama Club just to meet people. I made some of the best friends of my life there and I still keep in contact with them (11 years later!). I also wound up majoring in Theater in college and I'm now a Theater teacher. That decision to join Drama Club later became my life's work! I also got involved in Choir and had a great time on choir trips and competitions with them. Those activities and the friends I made are definitely what made high school so special for me. I didn't have a horrible experience like some people have had. So, look around and see what kind of clubs or activities your school offers and check a few of them out! You won't regret it!

Sweetie do as much as you can to fulfill what ever it is YOU feel YOU need to do. Times have changed since I was in school if I told you some of the stuff I did you'd go to jail.

Try to go to your dances Home coming , prom , Ball games cheer leading if you are into that kind of thing and flags just to name a few. Just try to make the best out of what ever it is that you do and don't get into trouble. Good luck have LOTS OF FUN

Don't expect anything BIG and EXCITING TO HAPPEN. it could happen but just don't expect it. Joining a club sounds like a good idea. if it's something you are interested and enjoy it, you might become president of that club. that would be memorable..
and just the simply things are going to be memorable.. like the place you hang out with friends during breaks
