Burn NRG Image on a blank CD using nero 7?

please tell me the proper steps on burning it... is the NRG Image the "EXACT" duplicate of the CD?

- Open Nero Burning ROM
- Exit out of all the prompts and wizard until u just have that 1 screen
- Go up to file and move over i think 3 times and click on "Recorder"
- Then click on "Burn Image"
- Then find your *.nrg file and click open
- Then click burn

*Make sure u have the right disc in (cd-r or dvd-r)
**if it says something about a foreign image then you won't be able to burn it and somethings wrong

get all programs menu from the star menu,then go to Nero and choose data,u will find Nero burning ROM open it.choose record from the above options and choose the right recorder device which u put the blank disk in"DVD or CD",then choose burn image in the same menu as the recorder option in.Nero will ask u to choose the image,choose the image u want then choose open and now u will go to the burning process.
