Oakley is a luxury brand and similar to other luxury brands does not allow it's dealers or does not itself, every place things on sale.
there are no coupon codes. By offering coupon codes or discounts, this "Waters down" the exclusivity of the brand. So it's not "allowed" per se.

the oakleys! they would go with a lot of different outfits whereas the other might clash with certain outfits because of thier color!
