Not trying to bash on any race here, just curious. Seriously, look at the facts, the minorities are becoming the majority.

Do you think that they should get rid of the term "minority"?
Thanks and God bless you all.

"Minority" is no more than a mathmatical term and shouldn't be bothersome or an issue for anyone. However, there are instances (as maybe you are getting at) when the minority is actually making the laws and the majority is being silences due to courts making law rather than our legislatures. Our government is set up to represent the ideals and morals of the majority, while at the same time protecting the minority, but we are slowly getting away from that. Over emphasis on political correctness, judges who believe they're more intelligent than the lawmakers and lack of individual accountability are taking us down this road - just one opinion. In the end, we should all respect each other and work together.

The minorities are only becoming the majority when totalled up. Individually, they are still minorities overall (individual cities are obviously exempt from this statement).

It makes sense when referring to particular races in certain areas. Strangely, I'm starting to find it mildly insulting and it seems to be becoming a 'cringe word'. I don't know why I'm starting to feel that way when it's basically just mathematical. It may be phased out eventually when it comes to talking about racial issues.

And replace it with what? There will always be people who differ in some way from the larger percentage of society.
