They train in water, you cant build a zero gravity room on earth, however some aircraft can do negative dives and the effect inside is similar.

Astronauts train in a special plane (nicknamed the "vomit comet") that flies at a high altitude then dives at a steep angle creating a brief period of apparent weightlessness. The creation of a 'zero gravity' room on the ground has not been made possible so far.

The "vomit comet" he mentioned is only used to train for the feeling of zero-G itself. But the thing is that astronauts have to perform long and complicated repairs, so the flight is too short. A large water tank is used because water partially provides the sensation of zero-G.

they go into a room which has all of the air is vacuumed out so it is just like space with no atmosphere and they experience zero gravity
