Well, first well done for even asking the question here. But I think you know the right thing to do but you just are hoping that someone will suggest a way for you to have your cake and eat it.
The main thing is that the pleasure you get from sex might be 80% but the pain you will cause to your family will be 200% so it's not worth it if you love them.
Also the more you seek solutions to your marriage outside of your marriage then your actual marriage will never improve. I've known couples that have been married for 30 years, who experienced a non-existent sex life and were on the brink separation that were able to start over with each other and rekindle a new romance - with each other.
Why don't you invest in some new sex toys for yourself and your wife and take it from there.
The other thing is that this other woman won't last for long and then who will you hope to turn to? Your wife? She'll be long gone.

Having sex with your wife's sister is a terrible betrayal of your wife. I don't think very well of the sister either for having sex with you. I think you are pretty well screwed in this situation, but my best advice is to break it off and ask the sister not to tell your wife, and don't tell her yourself. And do some soul-searching as to why having sex with a particular person is worth the possible damage that would cause to your wife and her whole family.

Nothing stays dead forever! Nothing! It will come out. Tell your wife and expect her to leave. You did an ultimate betrayal and you don't sound remorseful so do your wife a favor and let her know you are not in love with her any more. Confess to the cheating and let her find someone who will be completely honest and loyal to her. She doesn't deserve any less. How would you feel, honestly, if she did a brother of yours? It is adultery, remember your marriage vows?? Do you remember what marriage is all about....Love, honor, cherish, be faithful etc. Tell the sister its over, tell your wife what you did and go to marriage counseling. If you want to have sex with someone else get a DIVORCE first. I would really like to tell you what I think of you right now, but it is against yahoo policy to threaten, harass, or use vulgar language. Just remember you will go before God someday on this. Also remember when you get all old and wrinkled, and you are sitting there by yourself all alone, you did it to yourself because no woman is going to want anything to do with you, and that is how you are going to end up. I wish I knew who your wife was, because I would tell her myself. Hopefully she just divorces your a@@ and takes you for everything you got. She's better off without you.

Be honest with your wife. If you can't keep it in your pants then you don't deserve her. Maybe she will forgive you and you can work things out and move on. If it stays bottled up it will probably just make things akward anyways. Have a little respect for your wife and the marriage that you promised to be a part of. you are between a rock and a hard place. You committed adultry and your wife may or may not find out. I would cut it off right now with the sister (she should be ashamed of getting it on with her sisters husband) and hope for the best. If she does tell your wife - you will have to live with the consequences. If she doesn't tell - then you have to live with the guilt.

if u tell your wife, your marriage is over, just cut it off, never do it again, and hope it goes away. if u want to keep doing it, than get a divorce, don't be deceitful, your going for the selfish way out, to get what u want, but it will be at the expense of your marriage. what do u hope to gain? if its only sex, than after awhile it won't be new and exciting anymore, than what if the sister falls in love with u, and threatens to tell, best to just cut it off, because eventually she will tell, no matter what road u choose. cheating hurts people, destroys their self worth, not yours but your wife's. your self worth is probably soaring right about now.

Hmmm, let's see, don't tell the wife, and when she finds out she kills you (which is what I would do).
Don't tell her and stop doing her sister- which angers sis, and she tells wifey and wifey kills you (which is what I would do).
Tell the wife no matter what, and she will probably kill you.
Even if she doesn't your marriage is pretty much done, and whose fault is that? Was the sex TRULY worth it?
By the way, you are disgusting. It isn't "just sex", it's a betrayal of your wife's trust in you. Only a pig would try to justify it.
