It really hurts when im having sex with my boyfriend but only when im on top, I know the most obvious solution is for me not to go on top but he likes it and I dont want him to have to do all of the work all of the time.
Im getting quite worried about what it could be, it feels like a dull ache in my lower abdomen and like someone is pulling on my cervix(if you've ever had a stretch and sweep you should know what im talking about), does anyone have any suggestions before im forced to go to the doctors?????????????

Like some people have already said you could have a tipped, or "tilted," uterus. Do you try to start in the on top position? Some women, even when they THINK they are aroused, aren't aroused to the point where their cervix is contracted and able to handle longer depths. Try starting in missionary then switching after a few minutes to the postion you are trying to achieve.

Just remember its not "work".........this guy is getting pleasure out of this !!!
You should never be put in the position of doing anything that hurts you when it involves sex. Since you sound like you've had some sort of medical treatment (???) in the past, it might be a good idea to visit the docs. Better to be on the safe side.

What the!!! Hey, it doesnt mean you should do all the work. There are many other positions you could try that will give him max pleasure. Lie on ur front with pillow under ur hips- or both lie on ur sides with him behind you.

Dont panic hun, I think u should kindly tell him its a bit uncomfortable. I promise you he will listen to you and wana help anyway he can to ensure you're having as good a time as he is

Good luck hun x

you dont need to go to the doctor for this kind of thing. when you are on top, your boyfriends penis is more likely to bruise your cervix, which is the wall at the end of your vagina. this does cause a lot of pain, because when you're on top, it does go in deeper than when he's on top of you. just try other positions..or you could just control how far you let him enter you.

Try laying on your side with him behind you as this will ease the pressure for you, it may be that he is too big for you in this position but by doing it side on you may get used to it, but if pain doesn't go just go to docs or nurse just to get checked out. Hope it all works out x

"Before I'm forced to go to the Doctors?" you write?

How much pain must you endure before going? Instead of writing here, you should "beat feet" immediately for a Physical Examination.

"But he likes it" you also write. Okay, ask yourself this question; what type of "friend" is he when only thinking of himself?

A true friend takes the other friends feelings into consideration, something your "friend" is not doing.

He is going in a bit too deep for you. Stay on top but dont let him go too deep- you are in control.
He will love it and want more.

You better go see an OB-GYNE doctor for professional help as early as possible. Prevention is better than cure...remember that!
