Shavonn Deanna sounds better but ditch the apostrophe. It will just make any paper work that your child has to do in the future complicated since computers and people will have problems with the apostrophe.
Also, don't give the children names that are too similiar. Again, it will not also mess with paperwork but medical records get mixed up like that.

not terribly keen on Shavonn(a). How about Emori Deann? And don't give twins names that are too close - like Shavonn and Shavonna. They will not like it as they get older.
