volume of a cone = 1/3 PI-r^2 * H

volume = 1/3 * 3.1415 * (2.6^2) * 6 = 42.5 cubic meters

42.5 cubic meters / 1.8 cm/s = 23.6 minutes = 24 minutes (rounded)

well the volume is 1/3 Pi (2.6) squared x6 = 42.47

42.47/1.8= about 24 minutes
