Why does my pc not remember visited web sites even though my setting in history is set to 50 days?

Do you have something that hides your internet tracks or use something like ccleaner that clears the internet history. If so change the settings to leave the history

You should check all your settings on firefox for example you can set it not to remeber anything you look at. The fact that good old windows is set to remember won`t do anything if it cannot get past your browser settings.

One of the other users of your computer is wiping their tracks. Probably hiding porn browsing.
