Is the car running? If so, then yes, unsafe. And your undies will smell bad. I wouldn't recommend it. It would be better to air-dry them on the beach or on the hood of your car.

not in all probability fairly helpful. I heard a real tale that a md positioned a cover on his engine to guard it from the frost, forgot and had an entire scale fireplace interior the engine on his thank you to artwork!
