I am very sensitive. Very! I have this problem at crying at the little things, when I mad, and often. It is embrassing when I am talking to a friend or a coach and I break down in tears. I play on a 19U girls team, and I am the baby. I cry a lot when I am with the team. We have a really cool 19 year old on the team that I really look up to and can talk to, and she listens. And I hate when I am trying to talk to her about my problems and I start crying. And I am having problem at home on top of all this that makes it worse.

Please help me stop crying!!

Brace yourself and control yourself when you feel like you are going to cry. Just make a serious face and keep your eyes focused, you are in control of whether or not you cry, remember that.

Ya, unfortunately I'd have to agree with the answer of the army solution. Sure you've got a problem. But grow a pair and suck it up. I'm sure there's a way for your to channel your feelings of "oh great something else is wrong in my life" attitude. Do what Johnny Knoxville does right before he does something incredibly stupid...Laugh!! Think of a way to make in a little less pain full and eventually you'll toughen up a bit where the little things like spilt milk won't bother you. Good luck!

This is so ironic that you want to stop crying when so many ***holes could use a good cry!! You are overly emotional and that will change with age and hormone levels. Don't be ashamed of being the sweet one who is sensitive. If you cry-------CRY!!!!
I think that's refreshing.

Well it sounds like you are just very sensitive or you have over reactive tear glands. My friend has the same problem. You can't really do anything about it unless you wish to join the ARmy and then you can toughen up. lol

I have the same problem (sometimes) but when my great grandma died, I cried everytime someone mentioned her, but we went to her farm, and we found some 4 week old kittens, I picked up one, and she reminded me so much of my grandma that I felt instantly better. So you really need to find something that makes you feel better, and think about that when ever you feel like crying.

Dont think of yourself as the baby because babies cry. If you have problems at home talk to someone then its ok to cry.

Send me a photograph of yourself in a tiny bikini and I will tell you if you really need to be crying.
