micah jeremiah has a better sound to it, the names compliment each other... but i would also check into what the names mean as well if you are haveing a hard time deciding , that may make a difference to you as well.

Both choices are interesting. I prefer Micah. Very origional. It is undeniably masculine, but it has a touch of sensitivity. Jeremiah complements the name nicely.
