Sleep nude and you'll have the most comfortable night of your life.
Sleep in a bra and you'll probably just toss and turn all night.
I avoid wearing bras durring the day when ever I can, I wouldn't dream of sleeping in one!

WITHOUT! most girls would agree and I'm pretty sure every man on the planet likes a bra-less girl better. Plus it has the benefit of being more comfortable, why wear clothes when you have to wear them all day. Don't listen to the girls saying that it will keep them perky. Bras aren't meant to be worn all the time, bras slow down blood flow that's vital for the muscles in your breasts, bad blood flow equals bad muscles equals saggy boobs because your muscles lift your boobs. If you want to feel more confident when bra-less do 20 push-ups per day, my mother does this, she's 50 with real boobs, doesn't have to wear a bra and everyone thinks they're fake. Anyways...I hope you consider my answer before going to bed.

bra much less !! until he's there beside you and its a cute suited bra as a result its a super weapon to slowly strip it off of you than its suited to start up out with a bra :) yet on the tip bypass braless!

I think it is a question of what is more comfortable and what makes you feel better about yourself.i mean you don't sound like someone who is sure of herself you should feel sexy no matter how you go to bed moreso wearing bra to bed constantly can give you chest pain as the blood wouldn't be flowing properly so just dress in a way thats comfortable for you and have a good sleep

I think that would depend on how big your boobs are and how comfortable you want to be. I never sleep in a bra. I can't hardly stand wearing one during the day. But then my boobs aren't huge and they're still perky. So I would vote braless.

Speaking from the guys perspective. I like the bra. It makes it more fun to "unhook" it.
Just no playtex 18 hour styles - it should be lacey or very satin-y. Nice colors too!
