there is this restaurant called "Bruno's". it's located in valley ranch (off of beltline & I635). it's in a small shopping strip BUT it over looks a small lake. the atmosphere is quiet (live piano music) and very dim (no bright lights).

also try guidelive.com they list a lot of restaurants according to what you like.

I don't remember the name but there is a dinner cruise on White Rock Lake that is ever so romantic. I'm not sure it runs during the winter months though.

You can make the back patio romantic if you really try.

you will desire to stay on the Gaylord hotel close to Grapvine they have lost of activites there and so as that they have a club called Cactus. or you will desire to bypass dowtown and stay at inn Zaza they have super resturant called Dragonfly. the W inn is likewise mind-blowing, its in dowtown and additionally has a club called Ghost Bar which has super perspectives of the city! goodluck on making plans ya romatic gateaway

I kind of like Campesi's Egyptian Room. Its funky and fun. It has lots of history, too. Italian is always romantic.
