The above adaptation, "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," published by Dramatic, is a straight play, not a musical.

There is a stage musical called "Willy Wonka," published by Music Theatre International:

I don't know whether this bears any relation to the Gene Wilder film. Even if the composer/lyricist/playwright are the same, keep in mind that stage musicals and their move counterparts are often similar but rarely identical.

the stage version "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is very similar to the movie version "Willy Wonka"

All rights to perform the play are subject to permission being first obtained by writing the Dramatic Publishing Company, 311 Washington Street, Woodstock Illinois 60090.

I'm not sure if that is strictly the play or the musical version but I'm sure they could direct you to the right people.

Yeah, it was a movie. If, however, you're talking about stage version--I've never heard of one. There is a children's theatre version of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" but it's an adaptation of the book, not the movie.
