Birds are much more susceptible to airborne gasses and lack of oxygen than we are. That's why they used caged canaries in mines to tell when the air was getting bad for the minors. It could have been a clorine or natural gas leak, or just a thermal inversion or "bubble" of air pollution. Maybe they were depressed and just flew into the ground...

Strange also how there were several "gas leaks" in various cities (not just New York) around the country today. There are many nerve agents that could have killed the birds that are either undetectable or would have dissipated to undetectable levels several hours later.
I think these may all be test runs of the next big attack, which is overdue. Considering several groups of middle-eastern types were caught late last year with 1000's of pre-paid cell phones I'm guessing the next big one will be simultaneous attacks in many (if not all) of the major US cities. They are testing/probing the emergency response systems.
No you FBI morons I don't have any "inside" information...just two eyes and a brain.

i'm sorry on your loss and that i'd desire to assert that the two one in all them dying of organic reasons on the comparable time is extremely coincidental. I additionally does not think of ailment from situation. Neither are impossible yet in simple terms so very, very not likely. it would desire to have been something to be undemanding, do your travellers understand that cooking with Teflon around birds is poisonous, or to not overly spray room fragrance, etc? I hate to assert it yet with out necropsy from the vet you will in simple terms under no circumstances understand. i could whether get a restraining order on the loopy. You under no circumstances understand what he will do, if he can harm harmless animals like that think of if he gets mad sufficient at you. he's breaking into your place for goodness sakes! He would desire to be incarcerated and shame on you for not doing something approximately his habit faster, god in simple terms knows what he does to animals in his unfastened time. can not be shown now, yet i could think of assuming it would desire to have been him isn't so off the wall, exceedingly together with his track checklist. stable success, and please quit the torment to your self this guy is obviously inflicting and could proceed to reason you until you're taking genuine action.

in reguards to tire's answer, yahoo news says "officials do not believe bird flu is involved" and no other threat to humans was found.
as for the real answer, I'd like to believe that it was poison, like it was stated in the news. they're pests, and someone took action.
