Sleeping Beauty
by Gabriela Mistral
It´s an 8 or 10 pages poem
It´s the longest that I know
But I don´t know if you can find it in english
I have only read it in spanish
I memorized it when I was a kid

It says...
Hace tantos, tantos años,
que imposible es el contar
que a dos reyes nacio un dia
una niña divinal...
Al bautizo de la infanta
el rey quiso convidar
a las hadas que reparten
como harina el bien y el mal...

I hope you find it in english

Beowulf is easily that long, but I don't know if you're allowed to use epics. "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" is pretty lengthy, but I've never said it aloud and timed it. If you want to be funny, you can try "The Walrus and the Carpenter" from Alice in Wonderland, but like I said for the last one, I haven't recited or timed it so you'll want to check it before committing yourself.
