Come on everybody it's a sick joke about Gail Porter losing her hair. Very funny! Ha Ha. Personally I think you deserve whatever you get for buying a Matt Lucas doll in the first place. What were you thinking?

Gail porter is Matt lucas, Gail just wears a fat suit.

Email the seller and tell them politely that a mistake was made. If they are an honest seller they will gladly send you a replacement or a refund. Don't be quick to give negative feedback, nobody's perfect!

If they refuse, or don't reply, go thru the proper procedures and file as Item Not As Described. Ebay will tell you what you need to do from there.

I can't see Ebay being interested but i would give the seller some bad reference if he refuses to give you a refund. Try emailing the seller as it may be a genuine mistake. Good luck.

You are... talk to Ebay first as the person who sold you the item has technically broken the law of false advertisment.

Or you may want to talk to the seller to comfirm a mistake?

Either way make Ebay aware so that they can professionally talk to the seller.

It must have been a mistake - get in contact with the seller and demand a refund

Yes, I do believe that ebay themselves will reimburse up to a certain amount, likewise will Paypal if you paid through them
