There is nothing wrong in being girlie....just don't become "high maintenance"....you can be girlie with just a little effort...and its fun.
Start with treating yourself to a manicure and pedicure....nice nails help you feel girlie.....then go to Victoria Secrets buy a bra and pantie set...nothing helps you get into the girlie frame of mind than pretty matching bra and undies. Then next stop to Sephora or a department store...have someone do your makeup....you will pick up some nice tips on how to apply ...and you walk away looking pretty.
Feeling girlie is a frame of mind...not a set look or attire. Have fun embarrassing the power of being you....a girl!

Easy... here it is, top to toe:
Grow your hair long
Make sure there's not a trace of facial hair or fuzz. Nothing looks worse than a moustache. If there is any fuzz at all, shave it -- it's the only method of hair removal that's not destructive of your skin. Japanese women shave regualrly not to remove hair so much as to exfoliate.
Wear clothes that let the natural shape of your breasts be seen. You don't need big breasts, but you do need obviously-genuine breasts.
Wear skirts.
Wear sheer pantyhose if you're wearing anything on your legs.
Make sure you shave your legs as often as is needed -- even if that's every day.
Wear shoes, not boots.
Enjoy being girly -- and wait for the men to come chasing :-) They really notice girls who look like girls.

cool! over the past three or four years i have gradually worked into being girlier. in 2006 i wore skirts on a regular basis and i had a lot of fun doing it! just start small. wear a bit of makeup. paint your nails. buy an outfit that you consider to be girly. you don't have to jump into it all at once or it may seem overwhelming. good luck!!!

I'm 21. I think long hair is the most feminine thing ever. Soft makeup, not overdone. Maybe wear your hair with loose curls. and use soft blush on your cheeks and pale blue eyeshadow for blondes, and lavender for brunettes. Dont overdo the eye liner, and wear pink lip gloss :-) Watch your conversation. Girls who use a lot of coarse language and stuff and tell dirty jokes are the most unfeminine thing ever.
Be a lady, be polite, smile a lot, but dont fake smile, its annoying. :-)
Hope this helps!

Start thinking of what a feminine woman would act like, possibly think of women in the early 19th century. They were compltely feminine, with no rough language, took particular care of their apprearenece but weren't obsessed with it.

I have different looks for different situations:
dress and act business-like when conducting business.
casual look for around the house.
preppy look when I am out with my friends.
and girly girl or sexy when I am out with my husband.
to be girly:
Wear make-up.
Wear nice feminine clothes, never jeans/t-shirt.
Wear pretty shoes (boots, flats, heels, sandals, etc.)
Never work at dirty jobs or get your hands dirty.
