I love all the same bands that you do, too. I also like Christian metal bands. But to be brutally honest, there aren't a whole lot of good ones.
I love MORTIFICATION from Australia. Stryper is okay. You can find some decent Christian metal bands just by doing a simple search on 'Yahoo!'. Good luck man!

Demon Hunter (my favorite of the bunch)
Flyleaf (love the lead singer here)
Emery
Project 86
Zao (now defunct, but still good)
Tourniquet (I have a friend that swears by this band)
Thousand Foot Crutch
Agony Scene (there was some debate over the "christianess" of this band, but they are really great either way)

P.O.D., Pillar and Skillet are supposed to be pretty good. I don't listen to a lot of metal, but i do enjoy stuff by Pillar occasionally.
Anyhow, lyrically and content-speaking, any of those would be better than secular stuff. Hope you find something you enjoy!

all great bands.

I don't know a lot of Christian music, but P.O.D. is supposed to be pretty good, even though they're kinda rock and rap...
