HI there:

The answer to your question is a LOT more complicated, than just typing a model number.
There are different radio frequencies around the world.
There are different SERVICE providers in each country, on each frequency.
There are different phone models ( each almost "identical" in appearance ) offered by each provider.
There are different Cell phone towers offered in each local area.

You have to look at ALL the variables above to even get a " BASIC " idea of which Cell phone to buy..

Let me further break down the checklist - you are in a local area X, and you have service providers A, B, C, and D, and local cell phone towers where you work and where you live and in a nearby city that you often go to. Where you WORK, there is no cell tower for B and D, where you travel to a city there is no tower for C, where you live the best service Cell tower is A and D, and if you buy a phone which appears to be the " best " ( whatever that is ), you find that even though the phone itself will give you features 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, provider A will TURN OFF features 2, 5 and 7, while provider B TURNS OFF features 1 and 6, while provider C turns off 2 and 5, and Provider D will TURN OFF features 1 and 4. So that even if you have the " best " phone in the world, you have NO SERVICE in half the places you travel, some of the " best" cell phone features are turned off, deliberately by your provider, and you end up will a crippled phone that is not half as good as someone else's cheaper phone, who is using a different provider, with other frequencies, on different cell phone tower transmitters...
So that unless you DO YOUR HOMEWORK with a complete checklist of providers, cell phone towers and frequencies, and providers, and a list of the ACTUAL services that each PROVIDER will " TURN ON" and support, then you could leave the store with a useless piece of junk that you are stuck paying for, or even worse, paying a 3 year " Service plan" for services you don't get, can't use, and are dissabled, out of range, and useless...

I participated in survey of thousands of users, on the best and worst phone, and provider, and although the survey came up with a STATISTICAL best and worst, when I actually read through thousands of reports, the REAL answer was, surprisingly, that any given Cell phone or Provider had the Highest, AND the lowest rating. What the survey DID NOT ASK, was where the service towers were, or what frequencies each tower used, or what service AGREEMENTS were in effect for one Corporation to use another's Cell Towers', or what phones used what frequencies, in what areas, etc. THIS information, that the Sales people, and people answering your question, ignore completely, is much more important than " Gee, I love this phone" etc. which are based on how many flashing lights, and how pretty the phone is, or the fact that the individual is sitting next door to a Cell Tower that happens, out of pure luck, to be owned and operated by the Provider Corporation that is giving them service, and they do not travel anywhere, or work in a different location, so they have NO IDEA that their " wonderful" cell phone is actually DEAD in half the country !

I am providing you with a couple of links to previous ANSWERS I have given on this subject. Each is a LONG answer, ( to the point that If I try to print them here, I exceed the limits of Yahoo answers, and I cannot SUBMIT the answer! ).

Don't be fooled by fast talking salesmen in the store, or glitzy advertisements, or other people telling you a wonderful phone they have! Do your homework, educate yourself, and spend TIME ( and save yourself a LOT of Money ), and make a checklist.

You do not state what Country, what city, what Cell towers, what Service Providers, etc. you are working with, so YOU will have to do the checklist, and see what phones are USEABLE ( I use the word USEABLE, since you can buy the newest, most expensive phone in the world, and find that IN YOUR HOME, 90% of the features are DEAD )

There is " NO " " BEST " phone in the world. Trust, me, I have over 50, and have cell phones in different countries, and it is a pain in the fatty acids, trying just to get a phone that actually " WORKS" everywhere, all the time... ( There are none ).

I started using Cellular when they cost $4000 ( US ) and calls were $4.00 to $8.00 ( U.S. ) on top of service Provider " Plans" that ran $150.00 ( U.S. ) a month, WHETHER you used the phone or not, on 3 YEAR plans -- do the math - thats $5400.00 for the 3 years, monthly, plus $4000 or $9400.00 total, just to walk out of the store... THEN, each call you made would be $4 to $8 EACH MINUTE, so that an ADDITIONAL $100 to $300 could be billed each month, on top of the $9400.00...

I would, based on what I see around me, highly recommend that you look at all the PREPAID, PayAsYou GO, etc. options, which are rapidly gaining in popularity. People who buy an " expensive " Cell phone, on an " expensive " 3 year plan, find, that their super-duper cell phone is an obsolete piece of junk, in 6 months, and cheaper phones are released 2 months later, in the same store, with MORE features. Be aware that no matter WHAT you buy, they are designing 10 times better phones in the factories, and anything you actually SEE on the store shelves is ALREADY obsolete, and the Sales and Marketing teams are gearing up to flood the market with newer models in a few months time.... The idea of paying for an obsolete phone for 3 years, is laughable!

(Frankly, I am looking at Satellite phones, which, when I first started pricing them, were $4000, with 3 year plans, with up to $8.00 a minute (( sound familiar? )). They have now dropped to about $800, and the minutes charges are lower, but they are still way too "Corporate" at the moment. When some Corporate Sales and Marketing guy realizes that they will MAKE hundreds of millions by being less greedy, and offering the phones to millions of customers, instead of a select few, there will be a sudden drop in the price, and I will be first in line to get one - what are the odds that I will get a pre-recorded voice message " there is no service in this area, please move to planet in our service coverage" )

Here is a link to some common Cell Phone Providers. Note that there are hundreds of other providers in Large Cities, since anyone can put up a single tower, and start selling cell phones ( which are dirt cheap ) to people, for really amazing prices per minute, LOCAL ONLY ( but who cares, if you want one for work or shopping in one area only ). Also, Corporations buy, merge, sell, trade, etc. each company and cell towers, and services, and co-operative agreements, on a daily basis, so you REALLY have to do your homework to get a complete LOCAL list ! In the U.S. the " dollar" store chains are selling TRACFONEs ( tracfone.com ) for $19, WITH a month's free calling - beat that ! Note that these stores are making a PROFIT at $19, so what is the "real" cost of a cell phone ??? ( Pennies )... )

Here is list of SOME common, recent, supported, valid, newer phones, that you can get worldwide, that have batteries, accessories, manuals, etc. available for. Keep in mind that every manufacturer releases new models every WEEK, and have 10 newer models that you do not know about, being packaged and readied to ship, as you buy the " new " one in the store.... ( Note that MOST of the 50 cell phones I have are NOT ON THE LIST !! I have cell phones which cover all of North America, as best as I can get, and yet they are largely obsolete, and unlisted for service, support, manuals, batteries, accessories etc. - be aware that you should be shopping for longer than 6 months, and don't be surprised if the " Latest, Greatest, Newest, Bestest " phone you think you are buying, is totally unheard of in 6 months, with no batteries, manuals, parts, service, accessories, available AT THE STORE YOU BOUGHT IT !! - The salespeople will tell you - " oh yes, I 'remember' that model. It is discontinued. But here on the shelf is a newer model you buy that we DO actually support " ( for a few weeks ) ) Here are about 1000 common phones :

Sooo.... given the above information, what do you look for, when you go to shop for a new phone?
Here is a link to a short checklist and discussion on the subject:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvEqY2QJ1ZSBpyUps5ovStjsy6IX?qid=20061219001501AAHffC3&show=7#profile-info-AA10622263

Note that where I am living, I have been watching the marketing of " new " cellphones, and as I predicted, the MODEL NUMBER of so-called " different" cell phones is being done just like the marketing of computer PRINTERS - that is, each Corporation that SELLS a Cell phone, is given a different model number. The phone looks "different" in that the keys or the color is changed, and the FEATURES, such as an "Included car charger" or " microphone and headset handsfree cord" is INCLUDED, or one months' free cell time, or the BOX that the phone comes in, is different, etc. but if you take the phone apart, it is the SAME PHONE ! ! ! ! The options, the packaging, the plan, the features that are TURNED OFF AND ON Deliberately by the PROVIDER, may change, but, the phones are ALL THE SAME....
This is done so that if you COMPARE model 2610 to 2111 to 2611 to 2212 to 2106 etc. in many different stores, even though they are the EXACT, same PHONE, you CAN'T COMPARE. They have different prices, different plans, different " working" features ( they are all there on the phone, but the provider turns them on or off ), so that you get what appears to be 50 different phones. People are deliberately being confused. Don't be. Do your homework... !

Please read over the information in these links and educate yourself before you are conned into thinking you are getting the " best " phone in the world, or conned into buying a 3 -year plan from hell for a phone that is obsolete in 6 months, and is DEAD in most of the places that you want to USE it !

A little bit of homework will save you a lot of money and frustration...

Good luck with your " Best " phone ! There were only 8 cell phones listed in the answers given at the time I looked at your question, and amongst them, may be the phone you are looking for - since you do not state which towers, which frequencies, which providers, which country (s) you are located in, the phones above may not even work...

@@@ I have reviewed the suggestions by other answers here, - the closing date for answers is almost over, so you are limited to these answers...

At least " one " of these phones might actually work, and be whatever you think is " THE BEST ", for a month or two, at least.

ONE FINAL NOTE:
People all over the world are being severely burned and maimed by newer cell phone batteries that overheat, and explode, sending out a flame that can amputate your arm... The media reports these cases as " Cell user is "burned" ", as though a 2 foot flame that can cut through metal, is a " burn". With the recall of thousands of laptops which exploded, often burning holes through the entire laptop, melting through everything, including the harddrive, there is a statistical chance your new cell phone is a deadly weapon.... Check the internet on the phones you put on your short list to make certain that the models are NOT in the NEWS for explosions... the link to this subject is below:

I hope this brief review of the Cell Phone data and factors gets you started in the right direction!
Good luck ...

P.S. ( Right after I posted this answer, someone went to the bother of giving my answer a Thumbs Down, which I think is really funny! Some Sales and Marketing guy must be unhappy with the truth! Darn, if people read this, they will actually shop around instead of swallowing the Slick Sales Pitch in the Store...)

The best reverse cell phone lookup service that I have tried is http://reversephone.toptips.org

From using a reverse cell phone lookup you will be able to get the callers name and address just
by typing the phone numbers they will tell you the details related to the number.
The reverse cell phone lookup service has your details available they will give you the cell phones location. For a full report including a name and address and other interesting informations you will have to pay.
Enter the number in the system and they will tell you a lot of informations about the phone number and the person who owns it.
If they have extra details you will have to pay for the report.
Free reverse phone lookup sites generally provide the most basic of information such as name and it works only for landlines. To get further information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book.
This service is great, I used it a lot f time with great results: I always obtained what I was searching for.
I definitely reccomend this service.

Nokia N73. It a 3G candy bar style phone with 3.2 mega pixel camera, auto focus and Carl Zeiss lens which gives it excellent photo capabilites. Has bluetooth that you are looking for as well. It is an HSDPA handset which means it will be able to deliver content to you at broadband type speeds as this new data service becomes more widely used by the networks.

Sony Ericsson W810i. I've just bought one and it's great. It has a 2 mega pixel camera, an RDS radio, a Walkman for your music, bluetooth and infrared. It also comes supplied with a 512mb Sony memory stick pro duo. (I've put a 2gb memory stick into it and it works fine) The picture quality is very good, as is the video. I think it's a fantastic all-rounder.
