i feel dumb. should i feel like my family doctor will think less of me because of this?

Don't be. I'm sure it wasn't the first time your doc experienced that. Please try to avoid getting pregnant at all costs if you aren't ready for a baby. While I think women should have the right to choose in the first trimester, I can't help but think of all of the loving families who cannot have children.

Sounds like mercy was found on a poor baby not to be murdered to me. Next time you decide you don't want a baby, be careful. Abortion is NOT Birth Control!

PLEASE don't ever have an abortion...do you believe that we have souls? If you do (and I think you do) then who can say just WHEN the soul enters that baby? The moment of conception...? 2 hours, 15 minutes and 3 seconds after? WHO KNOWS? Err on the side of life....the most precious gift you will ever have in life is a baby - ours is not to choose life or death - that power is beyond any of us. CHOOSE LIFE.

why would your family doctor even have to know about it? you didn't do anything and even if you did it really isn't any of your doctor's business and it's nothing that they haven't seen before. find out for sure next time.

Did you confirm the pregnancy by taking a home pregnancy test or go to the Dr's office and have them do a test on you? Your dr. will not judge you for this...but please learn to use protection so you do not have to go thru this again!!
