Phone help pls !?

I just bought a new 6233 Nokia phone and i'm trying to add vidos on it but i can't ... cold not support format ... i'd like to know what format dos it support and if there is a softweare that converts the other's into the suported format...ty!

your phone supports 3gp & mpeg4 video. try going to download.com and look for software that converts video in to 3gp or mpeg4 format.
