your body is always ready to have a baby.... you should wait 3 weeks to have sex but most dont... so you can get pregnant right after having a baby.. if your body is ready.. i have friends that are brother and sister and they are 10 months apart in age.

i ahve always been told by my doctor to wait at least i year after having baby so that your body has time to heal.and there could be complications if you get pregnant tooo soon after having a baby..besides if you wait at least 1 year you have time to enloy the first one..i had my first one when i was 17 and i have 5 and they are all 2 years apart and i wouldnt have it any other way....

Very very quickly. Infact, many doctors will tell you that you are more fertile after having a child. I have had several friends that went back for their 6 week check up and were already pregnant, again. Could you imagine?? I couldn't.

6-8 weeks after you have a baby you can get pregnant again! my brother and I are 10 months apart we were both born in the same year! he January Me November Even if you are Breastfeeding, you can still get pregnant, my mom didn't think she could get pregnant. Oops!

Well doctors advise you to wait until about 6 weeks after having a baby to even have sex but I know that it is possible to concieve even before that. I have an aunt who has two kids who are not even a year apart!!

i got pregnant when my daughter was 5 weeks old i now have 2 daughters less then a year apart a 18 month old and a 6 month old and i was breastfeeding and on the mini pill oh yeah i also hadent had my period again yet goodluck

After i had my first baby they told me no sex for six weeks until i went to my check-up with the doc so that i could get on birth control before we had sex again. So i guess it's possible to get pregnant right after you have a child that's why birth control is so important.

as soon as you have sex the first time you could get pregnant. Many women have had a positive pregnancy test at their 6 week check up.

Within a week or so... Be careful especially if you are nursing, that increases your odds. A girl I went to high school with her sons are 11 months apart. My daughters are a year apart. Watch it!
