Take an issue and multiply by two. There are almost always two sides to every story if that few. Add up your issues together and then take the number of sides and you have your characteristics. Neutral is also a characteristic.
To get you started, Health Care is a very important issue. So is money. They are not mutually exclusive.
The moral of this story is that people are moody, and Political Parties are very hard to maintain and associate with.

Interest groups: - implausible, idealistic, inconsiderate to other interests plights, dishonorable.
