can it be possible that dreams connect to everyday life as more than just i thought about it then i dream about it kinda thing cause i think my life has changed in a way over this one dream and everyone who was in it seems to know even people that were not in it seem to know but i haven't told anyone Can my choices be effected by a dream

Only if you choose to let your dreams affect your daily choices...one good choice you should be making is learning how to use punctuation and proper grammar...I had to read your question 3 times before it made any sense to me...

your dreams are from your subconcious, and subliminal messages are received there,
maybe you are subliminally convincing yourself into decisions while you're dreaming............
