I was in New Orleans recently......the only thing ususual is the empty buildings, the plywood in the windows of buildings, and the water marks on houses and buildings. Other than that, I've never seen any paranormal activity in New Orleans........or any where else for that matter.

I stay in a supburb of modern Orleans referred to as Metairie. If the levee had damaged on the diverse portion of the canal, i'd were flooded completly. I honestly were given fortunate. formally, it really is the duty of the human beings to get out of ways of a typhoon. Is it the duty of the authorities to get vehicles out of ways of the speeding trains? the authorities can and can want to in easy words do what it would want to to guard its human beings. Now that being reported, it grew to grow to be the Corps of Engineers who've been thoroughly to blame for St. Bernard flooding. The MRGO grew to grow to be, is, and would nicely be the in consumer-friendly words reason for that parish being destroyed. it really is a very unneeded waterway the corp outfitted and is now going to be closed on the taxpayer's value. As for the destruction of modern Orleans, no it grew to grow to be now no longer each of the typhoon's fault. It grew to grow to be lower back the Corps of Engineers, New Orleans Levee Board, and the present and previous mayors of modern Orleans. The corps outfitted levees alongside canals, yet used lesser substances to do the pastime and did now no longer save on with the options of the 0.33 social gathering engineers. The Levee Board grew to grow to be a politically appointed pastime that no one listened to. they could come across topics contained contained in the levees and list them to the corps, yet neither would favor to fix the concern concerns without the mayors spending the money to comprehend this or paying for the money from the feds to fix the concern concerns. It grew to grow to be a fiasco. And as for why New Orleans grew to grow to be so impoverished, I have stated that in the previous. It grew to grow to be the White Flight that began below the Moon Landrieu administration and the criminal events of the administrations because. isn't Marc Morial being investigated now in Washington D. C.?
