Having dreams has nothing to do with physical sight. Your dreams are caused by the workings of your subconscious. You only remember them if you are aroused by them to a shallow level of sleep. Dreams are stimulated by inner feelings. You don't have to have sight in order to feel.

i think they can. They can feel things and know shape and form, so they should be able to dream somewhat, and hey maybe they dream like everyone else, adn they body and mind just makes the colors and shapes like it has seen them before

I truly do not know the answer to that but if you really want to think about strange blind people questions here's one: Why do they put braile on drive through ATMs??? That always freaked me out!!

but seriously, i guess they'd make up their dreams from how they think stuff is. They have felt things so i guess they have a little idea of what stuff looks like, their eyes are their hands!
