if add/remove does not work then try going into My Computer then open up the drive in which you installed it on ex.(C:) whatever your primary drive is. Then once you open up that you would then go into the folder marked "program files" then once your in there look for the folder labled "Doom3" then just delete that whole folder. It will be off your computer and you might just have to delete the icon off your desktop and off the accessories list. Hope I could help! Any more questions you can email me.

try to remove it from "add or remove programs" list,if it is removed fine if not then do the following:

*remove th game folder from the drive u installed it on.
*now,if u tried to open the game from start menu it will not work and u can delete the game folder from the start menu.
*now,go to add or remove program list and try to uninstall the game and the pc will tell u that there was an error and it will ask u to remove the game name from the list,do that and the game will disappeare

note:remove the game from the recycle bin to make sure it cant take any more space.for the saved game files,go to the system drive then open documents and settings, then open the folder named by the computer user, then open my documents folder,u will find a folder named doom 3 delete this folder and now the game is completely removed from Ur PC.
