All you had to do was look at those pics on wwe.com to know it is very real and very serious.
Picture #6 just broke my heart because I honestly don't believe HHH can or should come back from this....that picture seemed to indicate that he was already realizing that fact.
HHH gave us all a lot of great years.....he never would have chosen to go out this way.

Definitely real. WWE doesn't fake injuries unless they really need too and you could tell by the way Triple H was strugglind with his leg throughout the match.
WWE even posted pics about his injuries so go look it up on WWE.com

Its real Triple H injury he had before 2001. But right now Triple H be out 6 months. :(

Yes, it's a real injury... same type of quad injury like before, but the opposite leg now. Surgery is tomorrow. Estimated recovery time is 9 months... took him 8 months to come back from the last one.

Triple H's quadricep tendon rupture is very serious, and not that easily faked. However, I feel he will come back and D-Generation X will come out stronger than ever. The storylines for the WWE is the fake part.

You could swing either way with this one. B/c of the new kid, he may need some time off. With DX being so huge again he probably didn't get any before.
But he did have this "injury" before so we'll see.

It was very real. You could tell by
the pictures on wwe.com it was swollen
real bad.
