Tigers they are much bigger..

Firstly, Tigers and Lions would never meet except if they both escaped from a zoo at the same time. On the other hand if this were to happen my guess would be that the Lion would win. Lions live in prides whereas tigers are solitary so the lion would have back up and the Tiger would get its **** kicked.

djddan has shown you the visual proof of what I have been telling you for almost a year. In every recorded instance of a fight between a tiger and a lion, the tiger has won!! Now, can we put this repeating question down for good?

There are many cats akin to the tiger that live in the jungle. Why do you think the lion is considered to be the 'King of the Jungle'?
The lion is not considered to be aggressive or even fatally playful but, if the chips are down (e.g. the lion's family is at risk) my money is on the lion every time.

A tiger would win as the male lion isn't much of a real fighter except against other male lions.
If it was between a tiger and a lioness then it would be harder to call.
The tiger has the bodymass and agility where the lioness has the brute strength.

if the lion was in a pack the lion but if its one on one a tiger would win easily they are bigger,stronger and more powerful

they are both cats... so would depend if they could be bothered... I`d put my money on tiger. Or cheat and get a liger !

As they never meet in the wild you'll never know. As they're roughly same size and power it would probably be down to luck
