Nope. Juries are made up of people, and people make mistakes.

There is no way to 100% prevent it from happening. Even the best lawyer in the world can't prevent everything.

That is like trying to make your house 100% accident proof. It is impossible. You can reduce the probability but you can never eliminate it.

No definitly not.You'll need cameras everywhere,witnesses and so on.
