I don't believe there is currently a Cat8 twisted pair cable specification defined. When it is released though, you can bet it'll have better shielding and support higher frequencies. The highest is currently Category 7 and this will support 10Gig Ethernet up to 100 meters. Check these links:

there is no cat 8 the last one is cat 7
