Except for UCLA, UCB, and UCSD, all other UC's have told me that they have received my application. How is that? I have a bad feeling that the top three UC's have just ignored my application because my grades aren't good enough. Do you think I'm right about this?

The three campuses you mentioned are the most popular campuses, each receiving close to 50,000 applications every year. So cut them some slack.

Each campus you apply to is required to review your application. There is no magic machine they feed the applications into that tells them which applications to review and which ones to throw out. For Berkeley, your application is read by at least two readers and the same goes for UCLA. I'm not familiar with UCSD's admission process but I imagine it's similar.

As far as verifying each campus has received your application ...

Berkeley should have notified you by e-mail. You should also receive an e-mail later this month giving you access to myBerkeleyApp, an online communication system that lets you check the status of your Berkeley application and admission decision. If you did not receive an e-mail, it may have been incorrectly labeled as spam. Set up a filter to send all e-mails with "berkeley" in the e-mail address to your inbox and you should get the e-mails no problem.

UCSD also has a system set up for its applicants to check the status of their applications. Go to https://tritonlink.ucsd.edu/portal/site/prospective-students/ and click on MyApplication under I've applied...

UCLA doesn't have a system set up for you to check the status of your UCLA application. The admissions office recommends that you either 1) log into your application to review the receipt at http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply/after_apply/after_receipt.html or 2) use the University of California Undergraduate Application Status Website to review your application information at https://www.ucapplication.net/ucap/ Unfortunately this kind of lukewarm reaction is about the best you can expect from UCLA.

Maybe they just haven't gotten to you yet, or don't do it for all schools.

I applied to a bunch of UCs several years ago. I think only Riverside told me they received my application. They also were the first one, by far (I'm talking like 2 months or so), to tell me I was accepted.

I wouldn't stress too much over something like this. The only thing to worry about is whether they got your application or not. I wouldn't read into whether it means you've been accepted or not. You can call just to make sure they have your app. Otherwise, just wait for another couple months for when the letters start going out.
