I sure hope so, because the results of failure of an experiment of that magnitude would be catastrophic. He has transformed the prevailing structure of Venezuela's government for the later half of the 20th Century into something unrecognizable, and if this new structure proves unsuccesful, it will be a hard road t get to something stable again.

You should come to Venezuela and see for yourself that sadly for us, it will fail, and I say sadly because I am venezuelan and I will have to live with it. His socialist experiment WONT work. Why? because he's been doing it for the past 8 YEARS and it hasn't worked yet. We are worse and worse every day. Chavez and his administration are a cancer for this country (Vzla.).
