Vitamins cannot replace the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables. You are her parent, make her eat them. My son wouldn't eat his either if I didn't make him. He's 15. But you have to set the example and eat them too.
It may sound mean but it's what's best for your daughter. Eating too much junk and not enough real food will lead to major health problems if you don't do something about it now.

If you live in the States, I would highly recommend "Juice Plus". Juice Plus is not vitamins but whole fruits and vegetables in capsule form. I have been on JP+ for 18 months and have not been sick at all. My husband has been on it for 6 months and has not even had a cold. It isn't a miracle pill but it does give you more than a daily serving of fruits and vegetables just by taking 4 capsules. I am totally sold on it. If you send me a message, I can help you find a distributor.

She needs to find a hobby to get her appetite going and she needs to learn to like fruit, make her fruit salad with icecream to introduce the fruit and then slowly cut down on the ice cream. You could make spagetti bolognaise sauces with lots of grated veges in, meatballs with grated veges etc, if you have to trick her inot eating good stuff cos she wont, fair enough, being 14 though isnt she worried about her looks, tell her it will make her skin clear and, you know, its obvious that fast food is not good for you.

Try the new drink by V8. I think it is called fruit fushion, they have several different fruit flavors and each glass is a whole fruit serving. There are no sugars or preservatives and it beats swallowing pills.
Good Luck!

you should really make her eat fruits and vegetables and seriously get her off of junk food, that is a problem. 1) her digestive system won't work so well. 2) weght gain. 3) elevated blood sugar (which can lead to diabetes). 4) cavities 5) heart problems.......and just over all health problems! OMG! seriously! it is a problem!!

Just a basic multi viatmin will do the trick. "One a Day" are a good choice. Perhaps you can get her to take it with some of the new Fruit and Veggie juice? One serving in equivalent to one serving or more of Fruits and veggies.

Just try a general multi-vitimin like one a day.
Talk with the doctor about what else she can do to get the correct nutrients. That age is very important!!

Basically ask her to take vitamins, if she doesn't put it in her food.
