I would like to know some theme ideas
for a Sweet 16 birthday party.

Well, you know I have many friends who are typical party animals. I am not asking you to be so. But what you can do for your friend is, find out what he or she is fond of! If your friend is a music lover then you people can arrange a rock n' roll party, if the person is fun loving then you can go for a fancy dress party or if your friend shares a romantic kind of sensibility then go for Cinderella's Ball kind of a gathering. But at the end you have to ponder over that the party should be beautiful and enjoyable. So try to get to know about his or her choices and then get set go.
