For a rough and cheap idea, I'd check Ebay and see what other people are selling similar items for. Also, maybe take them along to a specialist in stamps for a more accurate estimate.

I take it you must be in England.There must be stamp dealers listed on line.They do that here,in Canada.Take your albums to one of them and get an opinion ,as to their value.Stamps prices change the same way coin values do.Look on line-try several sites that list stamps to get an idea;of what to expect.You can get stamp books but they only list what they cost to buy.try Ebay-Go antiques-Most of these will have British stamps listed-they give a rough idea of cost.But still the best is a good dealer.

look up stamp collectors and sellers in ur phone book and take them to them and they can tell u all u need to know.
